Fay-Penn Affiliated Initiatives

The Fay-Penn staff has provided admiinistrative support to numerous agencies, organizations and initatives since its existence.  Some of the initiatives currently being administered by Fay-Penn:

REACH (Reaching Educational Achievement with Community Help)

REACH, a division of Fay-Penn Economic Development Council, is the liaison between local businesses and six county public schools and is focused on three primary objectives:
  • Preparing and developing a skilled workforce;
  • Retaining a skilled workforce through greater job opportunities; and
  • Attracting new residents and skilled workers by having a superior education system.

Fayette Forward

Fayette Forward is a public process dedicated to planning and fostering new projects that will significantly improve the quality of life in Fayette County by improving the health and welfare of its citizens and increasing commerce and employment opportunities to help with reducing poverty in Fayette County.
