Training Services, Grants and Loan Programs Fay-Penn Workforce Development Loan Fund (FPWDLF) The Workforce Development Loan Fund assists educational facilities interested in expanding existing current workforce training programs or establishing new workforce training programs that address current or future needs of the private business sector. Eligible applicants are private non-profit or for-profit educational training providers located in Fayette County. WDLF Loan Fund Application PA Training Funding Assistance Programs-Financing Assistance Fay-Penn offers Fayette County businesses the technical assistance and the support needed to gain access to the regional and state workforce development financing programs. Job Creation Tax Credits (JCTC) Customized Job Training (CJT) Fayette Human Resource Network, HR Network The Fayette Human Resource (HR) Network assists Fayette County business owners and human resource managers in meeting their workforce needs. The HR Network is open to any business person and provides a network venue for business owners and managers. It also offers the business community worldclass training sessions and resouces by providing them with access to expert human resource professionals. Team PA Career Link Fay-Penn serves as the "Team PA" agent for Fayette County and manages this business calling program spearheaded by Govenor Tom Ridge in 1997. This program involves calling upon local businesses to assess their current and future needs and provide assistance to secure available resources.
