Fay-Penn is looking for a highly capable Commercial Property Management Coordinator to ensure that Fay-Penn’s property, leases and related finances are optimally managed. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, managing leases, showing properties, searching for new property acquisition opportunities, networking with other real estate brokers and broker organizations, and working with other Fay-Penn staff and Fay-Penn’s Real Estate Committee to ensure Fay-Penn meets its mission statement relating to real estate.

 

To ensure success, the real estate coordinator should possess extensive experience in real estate, leasing and the ability to negotiate contracts.  An outstanding real estate coordinator will be someone with sound financial knowledge who can successfully coordinate the sale or leasing of a property.
